Local man held in tire iron assault (Bennington Banner)

Friday, October 10 BENNINGTON — A local man was ordered held on $5,000 bail after being arraigned in Bennington District Court on Monday on a charge he attacked a man with a tire iron. Kenneth Shaw, 31, of Beech Street in Bennington pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated assault with a weapon, unlawful mischief and giving false information to a law enforcement officer.... read more
